The work we do together is deeply personal, and I never lose sight of the trust it requires.
I’ve learned that we don’t always recognize what we’re carrying. Sometimes we think we know what’s standing in our way, only to discover there’s another story underneath it. You can’t release what you don’t recognize.
My role isn’t to tell you who to be. It’s to listen closely, ask the questions that matter, and help you understand what may have been shaping your choices, your relationships, and the way you move through the world. From there, the possibilities are yours to define.
